Description
The Lightning is Anatol’s commercial-grade manual screen printing machine, designed for years of trouble-free printing. Strong but lightweight, the Lightning is simple to move and set up. The Lightning is ergonomically designed for easy use and the dual bearing system allows for smooth motion printing all day long. The side clamps are adjustable to hold 26″x36″ screens or smaller. Feature for feature, it’s the best value in its class. The Lightning is available in configurations of 4 Stations/4 Colors, 4 Stations/6 Colors, 6 Stations/6 Colors, 4 Stations/8 Colors, or 8 Stations/8 Colors.

Registration
- Fine threaded micro registration (same system as our automatic presses)
- Compatible with Anatol’s ARME pre-registration system, as well as many other common pre-registration systems available on the market
- Easy to read micro registration targets
- Three point micro registration: front to back, side to side and rotational movement
Print Heads
- Print heads have an adjustable, spring-guided tensioning system; no lubrication required
- Off-contact and screen pitch adjustments are located on each print head
- ’’All Heads Down’’ feature on models with an equal number of stations and colors allows you to print any color from any print head on any pallet
Air screen clamps
- Secure your screens instantly with the flick of switch to ensure exact registration alignment. (Requires air compressor.)
